How does GrailTurf work?
Compare platforms, read the information behind a review, and use a partner link if you decide to visit an operator. The purchase takes place on that operator's website.
Does GrailTurf sell boxes or hold my items?
No. The operator handles purchases, accounts, item balances, buyback and delivery under its own terms.
Does a Grail Score predict what I will win?
No. It is an editorial assessment of platform characteristics, not a forecast of returns or a guarantee of a profitable purchase.
Who handles shipping, refunds or account problems?
Contact the operator where you purchased. Keep your order reference and relevant screenshots. GrailTurf cannot access or change an operator account.
What if information on GrailTurf is wrong?
Use our Contact page to send the page URL, the disputed information and any supporting source. See our Corrections Policy for our review process. That page is not yet connected to a monitored inbox, so a confirmed contact method is still on the way.
